Now Click Download Link Make sure its in MP4 format Eg:

==========================================
The downloaded files should go into “Root/private/var/mobile/Library/Downloads“.
To access view these music or movie files from your iPod you need to download an app called “dTunes” from Cydia or Installer Once installed open it up and your downloaded media file will be available to watch or listen to. If you want to access these files from your PC then you need to use “iPhoneBrowser” or “DiskAid“. They are both free and work alot better then SSHing.
